The best travels I've ever experienced so far in terms of cost and reliability. The driver (Karthik) is very kind and helpful right from the beginning of our trip till the end. They didn't even take money until the trip ended which is very rare.

We found this cab service is very good as we visited Coonoor from Ooty It's Driver Jawahar is also well behaved n educated n cooperative. This cab can be made more comfortable with the use of car perfume as foul smell was in the car due to moisture. Overall it's fare was also reasonable.

We booked for honeymoon package, they were really honest about the itenary. They arranged us a good resort and upgraded our room to best one. They even provided us the complementary candle light dinner.Thipu was our guide for whole trip. He was polite and patient and showed us around at our leisure. He was really helpfull whenever we made a request which was not in the itenary. Overall the cost of the package was reasonable. It was a really a memorable trip and we enjoyed it alot.

We Booked 3 days package with Ooty heritage tours and travels with Mr.Paul . The way he explained about package details and not money minded people , i just paid 200 advance and make my package amount at the end of drop time only .as i mentioned package they shown all sight seeing places what they mentioned And Driver Raju is very calm and very polite the way he managed our trip for sight seeing very well all places completed on time . We used this service in June while travelling to Ooty and Coonoor as a family of 4 from Singapore. Excellent service with safe drivers especially while navigating up the steep mountains. They even arranged for a pick up in Coimbatore at the last minute for us. We have recently visited Ooty through Ooty Heritage Tours and Travels. They have provided us affordable package and we are really happy with their arrangements & services. The hotel that we have stayed was secured & awesome. The food was too good & delicious and the room also very neat & clean, even view also too good. The hotel staffs are too good, provided us very good services. On the other hand our cab driver Prashant is too professional & we had a safe trip with him. He guided us in a correct way through out our journey. He is polite & humble person. Personally I would like to thank Paul Sir & Prashant Sir that they have made this trip more memorable. I was travelling solo and was skeptical if I must opt for cab service from here. I even requested manager to assign me a good driver. Manager also helped me to craft a nice itenary for Ooty and coonoor. My driver Praveen had been extremely professional, a very decent person and he had be very patient. My heartfelt thanks to Hema and the entire team at Ooty Heritage Tours for the arrangements made for our recent 4N/5D trip to Ooty, Coonor and Kodaikanal despite the short notice. They have excellent drivers who are punctual, have patience, skills to drive safe and smooth through challenging hilly terrains even at night. Special thanks to Mr Praveen, our driver (Ooty, Coonor and Kodaikanal and back to Coimbatore). Throughout our trip, He was was our local driver in both Ooty and Kodaikanal. His exceptional driving skills, extensive knowledge of local tourist spots and shops, and punctuality is greatly appreciated.He also ensured our timely return to Coimbatore airport from Kodaikanal.. Although we found the dinner confirmation rule at the Kodaikanal hotel somewhat restrictive. Hence, we requested Mr. Praveen to take us out into the city for a late dinner, as it was my birthday. He kindly agreed and this gesture show his commitment to customer satisfaction. Hotel experience: Our stay at Ooty Ultimate Resort was delightful. Kodaikanal Experience (Lilly's Valley Resort):we initially encountered a minor issue with hot water in our room. However, the team promptly upgraded our accommodation, which is highly appreciated. On our request, the breakfast was served early (for early checkout) and was delicious, and the rooms were spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We look forward to planning our next adventure with your exceptional assistance!

We visited Ooty in June first week and the trip was organised effeciently. Vishal was there to pick us up from bus stand and for the next 3 days he took us to all the tourist places in Ooty and Coonor. Even the stay arranged by the team was excellent. Overall extremely happy with all the services received.

Took cab service for ooty and Coonoor for my senior citizen parents and since they were travelling alone, needed a dependable source. We had a wonderful experience with Heritage tours and travels in Ooty. We stayed in Delightz inn which was decent enough with included breakfast. Praveen was our guide/driver. He is a local from Ooty and gave us proper guide to visiting spots and even stopped us for scenic view pictures whenever needed. He is very humble and made sure we had a good experience during our 3 days visit. I recommend Heritage tours to anyone planning to visit Ooty.
